Last week, Newcastle Falcons held their fourth and final Business Club event of the season with a special guest appearance from Becky Langley.
Delivered in partnership with the Newcastle Rugby Foundation the breakfast event took place at Kingston Park on Thursday June 6 and saw members enjoy a morning of networking alongside refreshments.
Langley, head coach of Newcastle United Women, spoke about her latest triumphs after earning back-to-back promotions, which now sees her side preparing for a season in the Barclays Women’s Championship.
The former Derby County player also touched upon topics such as dealing with pressure, the need for adaptability and how maintaining perseverance helped not only shape her success but how it can also pave the way for other women in sport to succeed.
